Books About Town - Riverside Trail

Last Wednesday we set off to do the third out of four Books About Town Trails. This time it was the Riverside trail. We had to make a slight detour to begin with as we'd missed two benches on the city trail the day before so went off to find those.

Our journey began on London Bridge where we walked to Fenchurch Street, and along to find the bench just off of there. After finding that one we headed off to the Tower Of London to find the last City trail bench. Once again we got distracted and went to admire the poppy field by the Tower of London. Then it was across Tower Bridge, can you believe I've never been across it. Tragic! And so started the riverside trail....... Oh you might notice something a little bit different on these ones. My little friend Amber came along for the trip.

The Riverside Trail Map
Clarice Bean
Through The Looking Glass
How To Train Your Dragon
The World Of Dr Seuss
The Discworld Novels
War Horse
The World Of Axel Sheffler And Julia Donaldson
A Bear Called Paddington
Great Expectations
Shakespeare's London

Out of all four trails this one was by far the simplest. Didn't really need to look at the map as all but one bench was on the river path. It was a really pleasant walk as well.
