A Christmas Message

Seasons greetings everyone!

Who can believe that Christmas is only one week away? It's mad how fast December has flown by. As usual I'm running unbelievably late with everything again. I did manage to get the Christmas tree up at the end of November and as I had started getting my gift ideas weeks ago I had assumed that by now I'd be relaxing in the warm and writing. Sadly that hasn't been the case, I've only bought two gifts, have written no cards, I think I've probably even missed the last posting day for international mail.

This year has been a year of ups and downs including a few too many trips to the vets, I do think I've kept my vet in business this year. Luckily my girls are all now back in tip top health. Whilst on the subject of animals I must point out what has been one of my highlights of the year so far. I began volunteering at a cat sanctuary. One day a week I go in and care for, clean and socialise the cats in the sanctuary. It's been an extremely rewarding thing to do and I'd strongly recommend anyone volunteering at a charity of their choice.

Onto books now, in October I released my second children's novel 'The Littlest Pumpkin” a small taster if you will of a forthcoming children's bedtime stories collection book. As yet I have no release timeframe but it should be next year sometime. I've been completely blown away by the success of 'The littlest Pumpkin' going into the amazon chart at number 3 for two weeks. I've received some fantastic feedback from parents telling me how much their children enjoyed the story. Please do continue to send feedback or questions in via the contact page of this website.

At the moment I'm still writing my first adult fiction novel, a sample of which can be found on the books page. It follows the story of Jacob Laurits, an aspiring artist struggling to overcome addiction. The book is being written as a journal entry format book and will hopefully be released as a hardback book late in 2015. I do have a title for this book but for now I'm keeping it under wraps. All updates will be posted here as soon as possible.

I can also reveal that there definitely will be a sequel to “The Secret World Of Felines' released in 2013. The sequel is still some time away but a few people have asked about it so yes there will be a sequel.

That's all from me for now. Tomorrow I'm off Christmas shopping. Now where to go Oxford Street, Westfield Stratford or Bromley?
Have a great Christmas everyone, however your spending it, make sure your smiling and letting the people who matter most to you know how special they are to you.
Merry Christmas everyone and all the best for 2015!

Love. Teri xx
